All About Me

I am in my final year of the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) program at McMaster University. After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in midwifery. I am a certified Birth & Labour Doula, providing services prenatally, through labour and into the postpartum stage. I operate primarily out of Kingston and serve regions of Hamilton as well. Contact me to learn more.

Free Consultations

No Commitment, No Charge

A consultation entails meeting with the Doula to see if they are a good fit for you. This is where the Doula will get to know you (& your partner) and how you can best be supported. If you decide to proceed, the Doula will help you move forward with a birthing plan.

Prenatal Support

Before the Baby Comes

Prenatal support includes at least 2 meetings with the Doula. In these meetings, you (& your partner) will work alongside the Doula to come up with a birth plan that makes you the most comfortable.

Labour Support

On Call 24/7

The Doula will be on call 24/7 for 2 weeks leading up to your estimated due date (around 38 weeks gestational age). They will attend your labour & delivery and remain with you and your baby for 2 hours postpartum.

Postpartum Support

Supporting the New Parents

Postpartum support includes a minimum of 2 home visits. During these visits, the Doula will aim to support the mother, baby and partner (when applicable) both emotionally and physically.
